Why was the helicopter flying overhead during the day?

Adult mosquito spraying does not
occur during the day. If you saw the helicopter treating water, we were
targeting the larval stages of mosquitoes to prevent them from becoming adults.
Treating for larvae only occurs during the day. Our helicopters are also used
for other departmental operations such as fire, police, and search and rescues.
